Not-to-be-missed keynote speaker

We are delighted to feature Pamela Melroy, former NASA astronaut and USAF test pilot, as our dinner keynote speaker on 20 May. Pamela Melroy’s remarkable career spans military aviation, pioneering space missions and executive leadership in both government and industry. As a decorated United States Air Force officer, Pamela flew more than 6,000 hours in over 50 different aircraft and is a veteran of key operations such as Just Cause and Desert Storm. Selected by NASA to become an astronaut, she piloted two space shuttle missions and commanded a third—making her one of only two women to ever command the shuttle and logging over 38 days in space helping to build the International Space Station.

Her expertise doesn’t end in orbit. After retiring from NASA and the Air Force, Melroy shaped aerospace policy and innovation in senior roles at Lockheed Martin, the Federal Aviation Administration, and more. Most recently, she served as Deputy Administrator of NASA. As a Fellow of several prestigious aeronautical societies and a member of the US National Academy of Engineering, she brings unparalleled insight to discussions on the state and future of the space industry, as well as powerful lessons in leadership, strategy and change management.
